Using Bookkeeper, the User agree to all the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy
Before using the services, please read the Privacy Policy
I adhere to the principle of limiting the processing of the personal data you provide. If you use Bookkeeper without authorization, I do not process your personal data, as I do not have information that could uniquely identify you.
When creating an account (authorization), you need to specify an email address and password (hereinafter - “Access Means”). In the case of authorization, I only process information about your email address.
I do not transmit to third parties information about the email address you use for authorization, unless otherwise provided by the Privacy Policy or the User Agreement. Nevertheless, I ask you to choose the highest level of confidentiality when choosing the means of access to your account.
If you cannot be identified by the data that I collect, for example, when personal data was anonymous, then this data is not considered Personal data in this Privacy Policy.
Because an email address is the only connection between the information contained in the account and your identity, I highly recommend using an email address that is not associated with your data on social networks or your first and last name. If you decide to use the email address associated with your personal data, keep the password and the fact that you use the email address to access your Bookkeeper account in confidentiality. I recommend that you delete the welcome message that is sent to the email address when creating the account, after reading, and under no circumstances provide your data to third parties. If you suspect that your data is used by third parties, immediately change the password. I am not responsible for the fact that third parties use your account.
I am not responsible for the operation of servers, Internet access service providers, the work of third parties, through which faults may be impossible or limited access to information, information leakage due to faults of third parties, as well as for the User’s disclosure of his personal data, including authorization data.
All issues regarding the acquisition of Internet access rights, the purchase and commissioning of equipment and software products required for this purpose, are not subject to this agreement and are decided by the User independently.
If the User is registered on behalf of and in the interests of third parties, by submitting this consent, the User confirms that he has sufficient authority to perform such actions, including the provision on their behalf of consent to the processing of personal data on the above conditions, such as representative (father, mother, guardian and other persons provided for by applicable law).
I undertake not to exchange, transfer or sell in any way the personal data you provide to third parties, if this is not related to the execution of the User Agreement. The application uses third-party services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and In Time), which can collect information used for your identification. I do not control and am not responsible for the content, privacy policy or the actions of any third-party services.
I use the personal data you provide for the sole purpose of:

I use all possible electronic protections of your information, but I ask you to take into account that there is no absolutely safe and error-free way to transfer data on the Internet. I store your password in encrypted form so that your password can only be recovered using the standard password recovery procedure using an email address.
I reserve the right to change the provisions of the Privacy Policy. The date of the last revision of the Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of the page. Changes take effect upon posting on the website https://crosscone.com/bookkeeper/privacy/en/.
